HACIENDA ESPINAL

 

First urban development project in Costa Rica, it is located along the 17+500 mile marker on the Ruta Nacional #27 SAN JOSE-CALDERA. The land covers 112 hec.

 

 

One of the most outstanding characteristics of the project is the serviceability of Town Center concept (offices, business suites and supermarket), school and 5 different kinds solutions for residential use (condominium properties averaging 1000 and 600 sq meters, townhouses, duplexes and apartments). 

 

 

This project is meant to portray state of the art construction standards, optic fiber communication networks, storm water ponds, waste water treatments plants, broad concrete streets, underground electric systems, ultimate security systems and others.

 

 

CIVIL WORKS INSPECTION

 

 

This Project is the kick off for our new Civil Works Inspection facet, founded in a vast experience working as general contractors from back in the day.

 

 

Our commitment consists of keeping control of the building process meeting the highest standards according to the construction plans, regulations and technical provisions; to deliver proper execution and ensure quality envisioned by the costumers.
